Use My Wallet allows you to deposit with a credit card or by ACH check, and then transfer the money to poker sites. We have never had a problem using either method and our credit card deposits are always approved.

UseMyWallet Details
Transfer funds easily to USA friendly poker sites with UseMyWallet. To fund your account, set up a UseMyWallet account through the cashier page at the poker site. Simply click the Use My Wallet logo and you will transferred to the Quicktender website (owner of UseMyWallet) where you open your account.
You can then fund your account with a credit card or set up the ability to deposit with an ACH check from your bank account. Your first check deposit must clear your bank before the funds are available, but subsequent deposits using the ACH option are available immediately. Of course the credit card deposits are available immediately as well.
Withdraws can can be made from your poker account back to your UseMyWallet (Quicktender) account and you can then request the money either by check or ACH. The ACH withdraw is generally back in your bank account within 3 business days.
UseMyWallet Limits
The minimum deposit using credit cards is $40 and the maximum deposit is $1500 per 24 hours. Using the ACH option, $50 is the minimum and a maximum of $2500 per 30 days is allowed.
If you need higher limits you can contact Quicktender and they will review your account.
