Intertops Poker runs on the Cake Poker Network, and you must earn 167 frequent player points (FPP's) to earn $10 of your bonus. Earn 7 FPP's for every $1 paid in tournament fee's.
In ring games earn 1 FPP for every $1 of rake generated in a hand where you were dealt cards.
FPP's are calculated to the penny, so if the rake is $1.25 you would earn 1.25 FPP's.
